My stay at the Ala Moana Hotel had its ups and downs. The location is fantastic, being right next to Ala Moana Mall and the beach, making it easy to explore. However, the service was inconsistent; some staff were friendly and helpful, while others did not provide the welcome I expected. The rooms could definitely use some updates, and I experienced issues with room amenities during my stay, which affected my overall comfort.
